As the Senior Communications and Policy Manager, you will operate at the Group level, reporting to the CEO and liaising with sales, membership, marketing teams, and other senior stakeholders to craft and execute a robust communications plan for the upcoming five-year strategy, launching in October. You should be comfortable engaging with high-level stakeholders, including government leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive external and internal communications plans.
* Create strategic communications content, including thought leadership pieces, white papers, speaking opportunities, and media engagement.
* Execute the communications strategy across multiple channels such as web, video, social media, PR, and events.
* Manage the production of policy documents, consultation responses, and policy inquiries.
* Prepare communication materials for political conferences and networking events.
