We’re looking for a highly organised Production Admin Support to join a growing team in South Yorkshire.
This is a key role supporting both Production and QA teams, ensuring accurate documentation control, system updates, and smooth communication across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and maintaining QA documentation
• Supporting production reporting and status updates
• Creating and updating work orders in StruMis
• Processing material certificates and traceability records
• Scanning, filing, and organising key documentation
• Supporting multiple departments with general admin duties
• Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates
What we’re looking for:
• Previous admin or document control experience
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Experience with StruMis (advantageous)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
• Structural steel experience desirable but not essential
