Overview
General Wine & Liquor Company is a family-owned wine and spirits merchant based in Liphook, Hampshire. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Head Office team. This central role is the first point of contact for customer enquiries and supports the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first line of support for customer enquiries via phone and email.
* Support the trade sales team with order processing, stock checks, and proactive customer communication.
* Ensure all customers receive exceptional service with a friendly and professional approach.
* Proactively and efficiently handle and resolve customer issues.
About you
You have previous experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or FMCG. You have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer care. You are highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities. A "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills are a must.
