Overview
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take ownership of growth strategy within a global investment services platform. In this role, you will help shape commercial direction, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth across a broad client base. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, operations and technology, ensuring commercial strategy remains aligned with client needs and evolving market opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial growth strategy, expanding revenue across both new and existing client relationships.
* Identify and develop new market opportunities, including client segments, service offerings and geographic expansion.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic client opportunities and partnerships.
* Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, setting clear objectives and driving performance.
* Oversee the development of tailored proposals and commercial solutions for complex client mandates.
* Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and increase wallet share.
* Work closely with product, operations and technology teams to ensure services remain aligned with client needs.
* Contribute to product development priorities and go-to-market strategy.
* Stay close to industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
* Report on commercial performance, including revenue growth, client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
* 20+ years’ experience within alternatives, investment services or a related financial services environment.
* A strong track record of driving business development and commercial growth.
* Experience leading commercial or sales teams within complex financial services organisations.
* The ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, clients and partners.
* A strategic mindset combined with a practical approach to delivering results.
