The Work
You will perform a variety of tasks, including:
1. Mortgage valuations
2. RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys
3. Red Book valuations
4. Disrepair reports
There is a good mix of private client and lender work, providing variety and fulfillment in your daily activities.

What We’re Looking For
* MRICS or FRICS qualified (AssocRICS considered if close)
* At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
* Proficient with residential valuation and survey tools (Quest, GoReport, RightMove tools, BCIS, etc.)
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values building client relationships
Experience with party wall awards, project management, or development appraisals? Even better.
