We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach to work who is committed to providing a frontline service to our tenants and enjoys working as part of a team to meet this varied and fulfilling role.

You will assist the Service Delivery Co-ordinator to co-ordinate service provision in relation to estate services, temporary homeless accommodation and tower and concierge services.

Based within the Bellshill and Motherwell locality, you will supervise a team of Estate Officers, maintain staff rotas and ensure continuity of our excellent service to tenants and residents, responding to emergency situations as required.

An SVQ3, HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline is essential with an extended period of work experience in a housing or security environment.

You should have experience of dealing with the public, supervisory skills and be self-motivated with a professional approach to work.

Experience of working with community groups, knowledge of CCTV systems and training in customer care and health and safety are desirable. A driving licence is also desirable to assist with estate management duties.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
