The Council's Property Service is looking for experienced, results driven property management surveyor, who is RICS qualified and has an understanding of Local Authority or public sector organisations. The candidate will be joining a team that is working in the corporate centre of the Council supporting in the effective delivery of its priorities. The team is very busy, the Council has an extensive asset portfolio and the role will need to be comfortable with managing competing priorities. This role will be experienced in Landlord and Tenant, and general estate management, having undertaken rent reviews, managed service charges, and the practical application of managing occupational liabilities of the tenant and asset ownership responsibilities of the Council. The candidate will be IT literate with knowledge of sector specific software to include GIS mapping and property databases, and shall support the Council in the maintenance of its property information.
