I am recruiting for an in-house commercial contracts legal executive at a specialist technical services company.

* Review, negotiate, manage and occasionally draft commercial contracts
* Strong exposure to NEC, JCT and bespoke agreements
* Support bids and tenders, including compliance
Your Experience
*
* Experience in commercial legal work circa 3 years +
* UK contract law and public procurement knowledge
* Proven ability to negotiate and advise on complex commercial contracts
* Experience in construction, engineering – desired
