Your Role
As a Business Development Manager in this field-based role covering the UK, you will:
* Engage with independent merchants and business owners to help them grow their revenue through renewable technologies.
* Demonstrate how the R.E.S business model supports projects from initial enquiry to completion.
* Promote our full range of renewable solutions, including heat pumps, underfloor heating, solar PV, EV chargers, and MVHR.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across your territory.
* Collaborate with the wider R.E.S team by supporting trade mornings, delivering training sessions, and participating in customer engagement activities.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love for you to bring the following to our team:
* A proven track record in business development, ideally within the renewable sector.
* A solid understanding of the independent merchant market, with hands-on experience working directly with merchants and business owners.
* Self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and comfort working independently in a field-based role.
* Ideally based in Central England for effective territory coverage.
* A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
