Trainee Recruitment Consultant – R2R Search Specialist

We’re searching for a motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within the R2R market—supporting and placing recruitment professionals into leading agencies across the UK, Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and beyond.
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000 basic (depending on experience) / OTE: £50,000 – £70,000+ in your first year, with generous uncapped commission (no threshold).
What you’ll be doing:
Identifying and engaging top recruitment talent globally
Developing strong, long-term relationships with agencies across international markets
Consulting with clients to understand business goals, culture, and hiring needs
Matching skilled candidates with roles where they’ll excel and grow
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviews, offers & negotiations
What you’ll bring:
