The Work You'll Do:
The Reporting & Commissions Analyst II will support reporting bookings, calculating, reporting, and analyzing commissions. You'll own various processes in the commission cycle, gaining exposure to both Go To Market and Finance departments.
More specifically, you will:
1. Be responsible for monthly recording and reporting of bookings, including reviewing sales opportunity data and other sources to prepare reports.
2. Manage calculations and communicate commissions for various teams.
3. Reconcile large data flows between multiple database systems.
4. Create and maintain sales performance KPI reports.
5. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis related to sales compensation programs.
6. Partner with executives to resolve and document business cases for compensation issues or changes.
7. Improve processes for better accuracy, accessibility, and efficiency.
What We Need From You:
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and advanced computer software knowledge.
* Previous compensation experience (1+ year) is preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on listening and documenting needs.
* A proactive learner eager to improve skills.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Bi-lingual abilities (Portuguese or Turkish) are a big plus.
