Responsibilities Serve as a trusted technical advisor for air-gapped cloud platforms, providing specialized expertise and ad hoc architectural Q&A support. Own the end-to-end post-sales relationship for Platform Administrator teams, which includes supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and assisting customers with spend optimization. Plan and coordinate training for customer staff, developing learning roadmaps and leading hackathons to foster skill development. Act as the primary interface for customer feature requests and coordinate release planning to align needs with the product roadmap. Lead the resolution of complex technical escalations and collaborate with delivery teams to strategically plan and adopt new customer workloads.
