The Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service (NDAS) is seeking a dedicated Admin and Systems Manager to join our multidisciplinary team based in The Pines, Inverness, with outreach across the Highland Council area, on a fixed term/secondment basis. Main Responsibilities Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the NDAS team, supporting professionals who assess and assist children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences and disabilities. Oversee and manage the NDAS database, MS Teams sites, SharePoint, and related digital systems, ensuring efficient operation and data security. Produce and distribute clinical management information, reports, and data extracts to relevant stakeholders. Liaise effectively with project teams, internal and external multidisciplinary colleagues, and wider networks. Deliver a highly professional, comprehensive, and efficient administrative and clerical service across all NDAS clinics. Line manage and coordinate the NDAS administrative service, ensuring high standards of service delivery. Organise multi-disciplinary meetings, patient groups, study days, and educational events both locally and nationally, including venue booking, resource arrangement, and catering coordination. Support the NDAS Clinical Lead/Director and wider team with training course arrangements, including handling bookings, programmes, and financial processes, as well as providing on-the-day admin support. About You Experience in a similar administrative or systems management role, ideally within healthcare or children’s services. Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, including proficiency with databases and MS Teams/SharePoint. Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
