EYFS Teaching Assistant | Level 3 Qualified (Required)
Location: Lytham
Term: Summer Term 2026 (Fixed Term, temporary contract)
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday | 8:45 am - 3:15 pm
Pay: £14.24 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities
* Support high-quality learning and play-based activities across EYFS and Reception.
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Essential Requirements
* Qualification: You must hold a Level 3 EYFS qualification (required for statutory ratio purposes).
* Experience: Proven experience supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Attributes: A kind, patient nature with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
* Reliability: Committed to the specific three-day weekly schedule for the duration of the summer term.
