At Leader Education, we are seeking an Early Years Learning Support Assistant to support children within a SEND school, this school is based in Ashington, Northumberland. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have had previous experience working with young people as well as a genuine interest and commitment to helping them reach their full potential.
The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday 8:30 until 15:30.

The successful Candidate will:
* Candidates will need an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one
* Ideally have experience in a classroom setting or have transferable skills
* Have a passion for teaching and learning with the ability to make learning enjoyable and fun
* Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative working
