The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Assist children with SEMH, general SEN and PLMD needs
* Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Adapt support to meet individual needs and learning styles
* Work closely with teachers and other support staff
* Provide personal care where required
* Use initiative and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

You do not need prior SEN experience, but you should have:
* A caring, patient and resilient approach
* A willingness to learn and be proactive
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* An interest in supporting children with additional needs
* Full training and ongoing support are provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
