They are now looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their central kitchen team, supporting large-scale production whilst remaining flexible across multiple kitchens throughout the property.

Who You Are…
9. Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef De Partie
10. Passionate about fresh food, consistency and presentation
11. Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
12. A flexible team player happy to support across different kitchens
13. Eager to learn, develop and progress within luxury hospitality

What You’ll Be Doing…
14. Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the Central Kitchen
15. Assisting with large-scale food preparation and production to exceptionally high standards
16. Working flexibly across various kitchens throughout the hotel when required
17. Supervising and motivating junior members of the brigade
18. Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health & safety and kitchen standards
