The Role
As a Small Contracts Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. Working closely with the Compliance Director, you'll manage a variety of tasks involving customer communication, material delivery, and labour coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Process over 1200 new jobs per year within their specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Raise manufacturing orders for materials and organise their timely dispatch
* Coordinate labour and raise purchase orders where necessary
* Liaise with production and contractors to track progress and ensure completion of jobs
* Provide continuous updates to clients on the status of ongoing works
* Maintain accurate filing and up-to-date documentation
* Manage new enquiries, raise quotations, and issue them where required
* Prepare and issue worksheets, Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and quotation letters

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, organisational skills, and an ability to multitask. Ideally, you'll have experience in an electrical or technical background, and thrive in a busy office environment. About you:
* Experience in an electrical or technical field (desirable but not essential)
* Prior office experience, particularly in fast-paced environments
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
* Strong retention of information and quick learning abilities
Additional Information
Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire, PE23 5HE
Contract: Full time, permanent, Monday - Friday (8 hours per day)
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
