Please note: Applications are only accepted from teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Student Teachers completing their training.
Your Role as a Primary Teacher in Wirral
You will play an essential part in inspiring pupils and shaping their early learning journey. Typical responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-sequenced lessons aligned to the primary curriculum
* Creating a warm, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
* Differentiating teaching to meet a wide range of needs and learning styles
* Using assessment to track pupil progress and inform next steps
* Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents
* Promoting excellent behaviour and fostering a love of learning
* Contributing to wider school life and maintaining high safeguarding standards

What We’re Looking For
To join TalentBoard as a Primary Teacher, you must:
* Hold QTS (applications without QTS cannot be considered)
* Have teaching experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 — ECTs are welcome
* Demonstrate strong classroom practice, curriculum knowledge and behaviour management
* Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff, families and leadership
* Show adaptability, enthusiasm and commitment to high-quality teaching
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
