We're looking for…
* A qualified CA and/or CTA (or equivalent).
* Extensive experience in corporate or private client tax advisory, ideally at Assistant Manager grade or above.
* Strong technical knowledge in business reorganisations, exits, EOTs, MVLs, and family succession issues.
* A proven track record of delivering tax due diligence assignments and managing corporate tax compliance portfolios.
* Leadership experience, including mentoring or coaching in a professional setting.
