Responsibilities
* Assist with behaviour management
* Support emotional regulation
* Support social skills development
* Observe and report on pupil progress
* Adapt lessons and provide targeted one-to-one or small group support
* Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued and supported
Qualifications and Qualities
Experience working with children with SEND is desirable. A patient, caring, and flexible approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals are essential.
