Leadership Development Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will sit within the Leadership Development Project Management Team, providing support to Project Managers. The team is responsible for operational excellence in our Leadership Development projects, supporting national Sales and Delivery teams to deliver the best client outcomes. The Coordinator's primary role involves operational and administrative support, along with managing a small portfolio of clients.
Reporting Relationships
* You will report directly to a Senior Project Manager.
Additional Details
* Location: London, UK, with occasional attendance at the London office or client sites.
* Travel: Occasional.
* Languages: Fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management Support: Including psychometric launching, scheduling, invitation management, GDPR compliance, invoicing, and monitoring shared inboxes.
* Client Portfolio Management: Providing full project management for smaller clients, from scoping to invoicing and ROI review.
* Tracking & Record Maintenance: Monitoring client delivery, maintaining Orbit records, liaising with Shared Services for billing, and ensuring documentation is stored properly.
* Virtual Producing: Providing technical support for client sessions on platforms like Zoom, Teams, WebEx.
* Client Reporting: Assisting with regular and ad hoc reports, managing client feedback data.
* Project Resourcing: Coordinating with the Associate Engagement team to find facilitators/coaches, creating Statements of Work, and setting up Orbit.
* Orbit Management & Admin Tasks: Maintaining Orbit documentation, and handling office-based tasks such as printing and workshop prep.

Contract Details
* Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week).
