The postholder will lead the development and expansion of RISEs training and consultancy offer, aligned with the Business Development growth plan. They will identify market opportunities and emerging sector needs to shape new products and services, and design and deliver high-quality, evidence-based training and consultancy services to clients across the commercial, public and voluntary sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering professional training programmes, managing client relationships, and will be motivated by business development and selling training solutions. Essential Experience Experience designing and delivering professional training programmes. Experience providing consultancy, advisory services, or facilitation to organisations.
