The role offers strong exposure to mid to large-cap M&A transactions, working closely with senior bankers on execution and strategic advisory. There is active deal flow across core Industrial sub-sectors and pan European dealflow.

Requirements
2–6 years’ experience in Investment Banking M&A
Strong financial modeling skills
Industrials experience a plus but not needed if interested in the sector
