IT Service Delivery Manager (Contract)
Location: London
We're looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure the reliable, high-quality delivery of IT products and services. This role suits someone proactive, detail-driven and determined to root-cause issues before they impact customers.
You'll work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to align IT service delivery with product roadmaps and business objectives.
What you'll be doing
* Owning the delivery of IT products and services to agreed SLAs and product requirements
* Collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate product needs into effective service delivery
* Coordinating delivery teams to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes
* Monitoring service performance, identifying trends and driving improvements
* Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate
* Working with product operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Reporting on service performance, availability and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Must-have:
* Demonstrable experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager
* Strong IT service management background (e.g. ITIL)
* Experience working closely with product-led teams
* Proven ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes and implement preventative solutions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
