Outstanding Architectural Technologist opportunity available to join a multiple award-winning Architects & Interior Design Practice located in their brand-new contemporary studio space in Leeds City Centre.\n\nWith a reputation for being one of the "go-to Practices" in Leeds and Manchester in recent years, this modern, forward-thinking design consultancy-famed for their work nationally and internationally-are now looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their talented team of 16.\n\nThe practice works across a wide range of design sectors, with the current role having a particular Residential-sector specialism. Initially, the focus will be on design led Student Accommodation and High-Rise Residential schemes, with scope to diversify into Leisure and Hospitality-sectors in which our client has a strong reputation.\n\nProjects range from small-scale developments through to large, £100m+ schemes. The Leeds studio (Head Office) is home to a well-structured team of Architects, Technologists, Seniors, Associates & Directors, supported by a strong technical team.
This creates an excellent environment for progression, professional development, and exposure to inspiring, large-scale Architecture. Many senior staff members have progressed internally, with some having been with the practice for over 10 years.\n\nBased just 3 minutes from Leeds Train Station, the studio offers a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture with the option to also work from home 1 day per week. \n\nThe ideal Architectural Technologist will have;\n\nA minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience within Architectural Practice.\nMCIAT or working towards in the future.\nProven experience working across all RIBA work stages, with strong technical delivery skills\nDemonstrable UK project experience, ideally in the Residential or Commercial sectors (Student & High-Rise projects preferred)\nA strong working knowledge of Revit / BIM (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite & SketchUp advantageous)\nExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)\nA collaborative mindset, with ambition to grow and progress professionally within the practice\nA passion for design and high-quality project delivery\nJob running experience or keen to advance into a role where you are leading projects.
