Job Title: Technical Project Manager (6-12 Month Contract, Fully Remote, Outside IR35)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for a 6-12 month contract, fully remote and outside of IR35. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end customized software implementations and possess excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and business analysis skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end customized software implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers/clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct business analysis to understand and document business requirements and processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer/client-facing role.
• Strong background in end-to-end customized software implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
