About the Role
The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our London office. This position requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can manage administrative functions, support senior executives, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
* Office Operations
* Oversee daily office management, including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
* Manage office budgets and expense tracking.
Executive & Team Support
* Provide administrative support to senior leadership and investment teams.
* Coordinate diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and investor materials.
People & Culture
* Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and office-related issues.
* Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
* Organise team events, client meetings, and networking functions.
Facilities & Technology
* Liaise with building management and external contractors.
* Oversee IT and office equipment needs, coordinating with service providers.
* Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms, video conferencing, and office systems.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within financial services, consulting, or professional services.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or document management systems.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor.
