About the Opportunity:
My client, a well-established and patient-focused healthcare provider, is looking to appoint a Pharmacy Manager to lead their Redruth pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to take on a leadership role, managing both the team and day-to-day operations while driving excellent patient care.
The Role:
As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmacy’s operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of dedicated pharmacy professionals. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of patient care, managing stock efficiently, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the pharmacy team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
* Ensure the pharmacy operates in full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and professional standards.
* Oversee dispensing, stock control, and procurement processes to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication management for patients.

Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Pharmacist (MPharm or equivalent) with a valid UK registration.
* Significant pharmacy experience, including management or supervisory experience.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of pharmacy legislation, regulations, and best practices.
* Ability to lead a team in a busy, patient-facing environment.
