What youll be doing As a Hire & Sales Coordinator on the Pro Serve Desk, youll: Manage customer enquiries via phone and email Take full end-to-end ownership of hire and sales requests Coordinate with depots and the wider Speedy network to ensure timely fulfilment Build strong relationships with key accounts Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and add value Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and customer expectations Support your team in delivering our ESG strategy Decade to Deliver Youll play a vital role in ensuring our strategic customers receive a seamless, professional and responsive service every time.
