Application Support Analyst – Trading & Back-Office Systems

We’re looking for a talented Application Support Analyst to join our global support team and play a critical role in keeping our front office and post-trade systems running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced financial services environment, ensuring stability and performance across trading, settlement, clearing, and risk platforms used by both internal teams and external clients.
What you’ll do
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support for trading and back-office platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
* Take ownership of incidents, drive resolution, and manage outages in line with ITIL best practices.
* Partner with infrastructure, service desk, development, and business teams to deliver seamless support.
* Manage vendor relationships, exchange upgrades, and technical client onboarding.
* Support new system analysis, implementation, and documentation.
* Deliver compliance reporting, exchange reporting, and monthly system performance metrics.
* Contribute to process improvements and best practices across the support function.
What you’ll bring
* Strong technical background across Windows/Linux/Unix OS with database expertise (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle).
* Hands-on scripting experience (PowerShell or Python).
* Solid knowledge of trading, clearing, and settlement flows within financial services.
* Experience in exchange/vendor management and supporting connectivity protocols (FIX, market data).
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
* Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
