Job Title: Design Administrator Responsible to: We have an exciting opportunity to join our Design team in Elgin. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 9 months, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on site. The salary for this role is £26,577 per annum. About the Role As a design administrator, you will be responsible for – Managing PLM data entry Ensuring accuracy and consistency of design data Coordinating the preparation and dispatch of samples, swatches, and CADs Organising and maintaining the fabric archive Providing administrative support throughout the design process Assisting with general admin support About you: We’re looking for someone who is – The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced Design Department.
