Responsibilities
* As a Graduate Planner, your role is to help organise a major construction project — making sure every detail is mapped out and on schedule. You'll assist in developing project plans, scheduling construction activities, and tracking progress across works.
* It's about ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll learn project management skills, scheduling techniques, and coordination methods.
Who we're looking for / Qualifications
* For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path.
* To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
* This role involves regular site-based visits, including travel on-site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver's license.
