Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the Technical Team, overseeing product safety, quality, legality, and authenticity in the UK market. This role involves liaising with customers and suppliers, managing technical specifications, audits, BRC and HACCP compliance, food labeling, and more. The position offers leadership responsibilities, including managing two direct reports and fostering continuous improvement.
Location & Travel
Based at the Norwich head office with some homeworking flexibility; UK and international travel required.
Candidate Profile
* Degree or HND in a food-related discipline
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical role within a BRC-accredited food manufacturing environment in the UK or Ireland
* Knowledge of supply standards for major retailers and food manufacturers
* Strong organizational, relationship-building, and influencing skills
* Full, clean driving license
