Join a major UK energy infrastructure programme through a leading global consultancy. You'll take ownership of information management across large-scale onshore delivery — the same kind of ISO 19650 and CDE governance work you've been doing, but with direct impact on critical national energy infrastructure.
What You'll Own:
→ Embed ISO 19650 standards across the project delivery organisation — from EIR and BEP through to MIDP oversight and acceptance
→ Own the Common Data Environment model end-to-end — ACC, GIS Platform, and SharePoint — including access management and configuration
→ Review and accept BIM Execution Plans, then hold delivery teams accountable to them
→ Oversee information delivery assurance against agreed client acceptance criteria, not just process compliance
→ Manage BIM and GIS resources at project level while interfacing with supplier and partner IM teams
→ Drive transition from legacy ways of working to new standards across incumbent and new suppliers
→ Feed into the project information risk register and escalate issues to IM leadership before they become problems
You Must Have:
✅ Significant experience as a Project Information Manager on major projects — client-side experience a strong advantage
✅ Deep working knowledge of ISO 19650 applied in practice, including EIR and BEP development and assessment
✅ Hands-on experience configuring and governing CDE platforms — ACC, SharePoint, or equivalent
✅ MIDP and TIDP production and management — building and running them, not just reviewing
✅ COBie and IFC standards applied to real information delivery requirements
✅ Data specifications, schemas, and exchange requirements — able to define them, not just follow them
