Position Details
* Role: Customer Service Advisor (Internally known as Flexible Worker Advisor)
* Location: University Hospital of North Tees
* Working Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £24,870 per annum
* Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence essential

Key Responsibilities
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for our flexible workers, supporting them with shift bookings and responding to a wide range of queries. You’ll help NHS trusts fill critical staffing gaps, making a real difference every day. Your goal is to ensure workers feel valued and supported while meeting shift coverage needs effectively.
This role is unique—each call and problem you solve contributes to the smooth operation of hospitals and supports frontline healthcare professionals across the country.
