You'll work closely with the Credit Manager and collaborate across departments to deliver strategic credit control solutionsKey Responsibilities
* Build and maintain key client relationships to support timely recovery
* Lead regular reviews and proactive chasing of outstanding debts
* Deliver detailed debtor analysis and ensure SLA compliance
* Work with stakeholders resolve issues and develop recovery strategies
* Support reconciliations and ad hoc financial reporting
* Escalate problem debts in line with policy and drive resolution
* Hit monthly cash collection and ageing targets
* Champion best practices using finance systems
* Facilitate internal meetings to align on working capital strategy
* Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and policies
