Provide coordination and delivery for contract management within the Airbus sites in the UK.
Liaise with each Site Lead at plant level and UK commodity leads for Hard and Soft Services to ensure contract deliverables, including KPI analysis, SCM governance implementation, best practices, and continuous improvement at all levels. The role requires support and experience in a wide range of supply chain management governance improvements, contract novation, and CAFM support.
Responsibilities
1. Support the HO Technical Facility Services and HO General Services in reviewing, delivering, and monitoring service delivery to meet customer requirements and reporting obligations.
2. Complete supplier KPIs in line with contractual obligations and Airbus processes, managing change control.
3. Monitor change controls.
4. Support the development of contracts through performance management, including new, revised, or novated contracts.
5. Lead or support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews.
6. Act as the UK focal point for the Central FM&RE SCM.
7. Interface with site teams and finance to ensure budget management, risk, and opportunity capture.
8. Ensure completion of weekly and monthly reports.
9. Lead any UK tenders within the service perimeter.
10. Lead the integration of new sites and service requirements, aligning with FM&RE UK Strategy and lease agreements.
11. Manage service providers to meet KPIs in line with contractual obligations and Airbus processes, including change control management.
12. Provide leadership, direction, and subject matter expertise within their area of responsibility.
