About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You will create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, while relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. Responsibilities include developing tailored care plans, providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across all aspects of nursing. As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will have the autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
About You
To join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN), you must have current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. You should be dedicated, compassionate and proud of a person‑centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
