KONE have an exciting job opportunity for a People & Communications Administrator to join the Working office team. Purpose The P&C Administrator supports KONE colleagues and the P & C team by providing accurate, dependable, and timely HR administration support. Key responsibilities: Monitors the HR mailbox and any phone calls and supports the colleagues with HR queries and ensures all queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner Ensures that all processes and procedures comply with KONE requirements Updates and maintains employee records and enters data into Workday (Global HR system) and ensures accuracy and confidentiality Creates health and background checks on all new hires Produces leavers reports and letters and distributes to third parties Checks contractual change letters and corrects any errors Provides P&C business partner support Checks and manages any invoices Manages any enhanced DBS creations Manges PDI applications and follow ups Requests and posts hard copy NVQ certificates to employees Updates any Absences in Workday systems Manages the Cycle to Work approvals; including making sure each application is sent to payroll on a monthly basis Processes Death in Service cases Reports company car & mobile phone activity to third party provider Manages and maintains KONE Intranet and ensures any HR policies are up to date Responsible for running various weekly reports Tracks International & European employee visas and notifying HRBPs on a quarterly basis Quarterly data/pay elements reconciliation between Workday and Payroll –fixing any errors with ASK HR (Wider Global HR Team) and HRBPs Ad hoc HR-related administrative tasks Skills & experiences: Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation is desirable but not essential Proven administrative experience is essential Familiarity with company in-house Workday system is a bonus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to accurately manage a number of projects and tasks and to balance priorities to tight deadlines Attention to detail Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English Able to manage confidential information Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel (intermediate level is desirable) Experience in Mail Merge is desirable Proactive teamwork and collaboration Any training will be provided What KONE can offer: We offer a Competitive Salary, 25 days holiday and 8 additional Bank Holidays, 1 Volunteering Day, Pension Scheme, Development opportunities and development reviews to help you achieve your professional goals.
