Location: Birmingham (Central)
Pay: £20.50 per hour (including holiday pay) - (£18.29 base pay + £2.21 Holiday pay)
Contract: Now until Christmas
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Daytime hours (flexible rota management)
Were recruiting an experienced Chef Manager to lead operations at a well-established site in the heart of Birmingham. This is a temporary role running until Christmas, ideal for someone with a strong background in pub kitchens and excellent administrative skills.

What Were Looking For:
Proven experience working in a pub kitchen
Strong administrative skills
confident with placing orders, handling invoices, and managing deliveries
Ability to lead and manage kitchen operations
Professional, reliable, and organised
Ready to start immediately
Available to work Monday to Friday daytime hours
Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to complete our free training)
About the Role:
This Chef Manager position is focused on overseeing kitchen operations while managing key administrative tasks. Youll have autonomy over your rota and play a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
