Career Development: Genuine progression pathways with CPD opportunities________________________________________The RoleAs a Teaching Support Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor, you'll coach and guide learners across:• Level 3 Teaching Assistant• Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant• Level 5 Operations/Departmental ManagerYou’ll deliver engaging training, assess progress, and provide tailored support to help learners succeed – both in their roles and through End-Point Assessment.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Conduct initial assessments and create tailored learning plans• Deliver training sessions (virtual and in-person), covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours• Provide guidance on safeguarding, British Values, Prevent, and career development• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement of portfolios and qualifications• Deliver or support Functional Skills (Maths and English) as needed• Collaborate with employers to support learning in the workplace• Identify and support Additional Learning Needs (ALN)• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance reporting• Promote online safety, mental health awareness, and career development• Stay up to date with standards through CPD and standardisation activities________________________________________About YouEssential:• A recognised teaching qualification (ideally Level 5 or equivalent)• Experience as a Teacher, TA, or Education Manager• Proven track record of managing performance through people• Level 2 (or above) qualifications in Maths and English• Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and the education sector• Confident in using digital platforms, ePortfolios, and IT systems• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required)Desirable:• Assessor (CAVA), IQA, or teaching qualifications________________________________________Make a Real ImpactThis is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education professionals while enjoying flexibility, support, and a values-led working environment.For more information please contact Simon Atkins on or
