/ Warrington / £29,250 / Fixed-term contract (12 month FTC)
We are seeking to recruit a highly organised and proactive PA to join a prestigious homebuilder, based in Warrington to cover a period of maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing diaries for the Construction Director and Health & Safety Director
2. Coordinating meetings, site visits and construction-related events
3. Providing administrative support to site teams and head office
4. Collating Board reports and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation
5. Overseeing document control, archiving and compliance processes
6. Monitoring training requirements and maintaining training records
7. Arranging training courses and supporting audits
8. Processing invoices, expenses, mileage claims and company credit cards
9. Updating sales forecasts and weekly site progress reports
10. Maintaining staff holiday records and supporting onboarding of new starters
11. Registering new sites and managing construction documentation
12. Acting as superuser for Viewpoint and Field View systems
13. Providing general IT and operational support across the department

Skills required:
14. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
15. Confident verbal and written communication skills
16. Proven experience within a commercial environment
17. Ability and confidence to work on own initiative
18. Experience with construction administration processes and site-based documentation – Desirable!
19. Ability to manage electronic filing systems and compliance records
