Overview
A career-building opportunity with a clear path to Senior Property Manager within three years.
Chapmans Property Management is hiring. As we move into a milestone year for the business, alongside an exciting brand refresh, we're looking for a Trainee Property Manager who wants to grow with us and play a meaningful role in the next chapter of Chapmans.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, independent Edinburgh lettings agency and develop through structured training, clear KPIs, and hands-on experience from day one.
The Role

From the outset, you'll be involved in:
* Tenant communication and issue resolution
* Property inspections and reporting
* Maintenance coordination
* Check-ins, check-outs and inventories
* Property relets
* Landlord communication and support
You'll be trained in the Chapmans way of doing things; a more hands-on, relationship-led approach than typical high-volume agencies. Over time, you'll take on increasing responsibility, building towards full portfolio management.

Trainee Property Manager → Property Manager → Senior Property Manager
* Property Manager typically within 12–18 months

This role won't suit everyone. It's fast-paced and requires a high level of accountability. For the right person, it offers a clear path, strong support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career in property.
