Business Process Architect – S/4 HANA
We are looking foraS/4 HANA Business Process Architectto join our organisation andplay a critical role in the implementation and optimization of the S4/HANA platform, focusing on “Analyze to Decide” (A2D) related processes.
A2D scope covers product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust process solutions that enhance data accuracy and business decision-making
This position is essential to maximizing S/4HANA’s capabilities and embedding industry best practices to optimize, standardize, and harmonize processes across Lonza.

What you will do:
6. Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the A2D stream related to Lonza business model archetypes
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define process flows, capture user requirements and translate them intobest practiceS/4HANA solutions.
8. Implementglobalstandardizedand automatedStream related processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
9. Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
10. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process flow
11. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolvepre and post-implementation issues
What we are looking for:
12. Hands on site controlling experience
13. SAP end userexperience
14. Use of JIRA, Confluence, Kneat and/or Signavio (desirednot critical)
15. Self-starter with the ability to lead and optimize process improvement
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills against a backdrop of ambiguity
17. Able to set priorities and escalate on a timely basis
