Located across Central London, East Sussex, Kent and the Cotswolds, our venues are known for quality, personality and genuine hospitality. We are now recruiting a Roaming Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role. The Role Our Roaming Managers support sites across the estate, providing operational cover during holidays, sickness and absence. This is a hands-on operational role where you will move between pubs and inns, stepping in to ensure smooth, consistent management. Responsibilities include: Building staff rotas Managing the P&L and reporting Stock, cash and liquor controls Supporting sales and marketing activity Leading, coaching and developing the on-site team Ensuring excellent guest experiences at every site Once a location is stable and fully covered, you move on to the next. This role requires regular travel and occasionally staying away from home during your working week.
