Award-winning Estate Agent seeking an Sales Manager in Loughton on a circa £30k base and £60k - £70k OTE.

They are looking for either an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to step up, or a Sales Manager looking for a change.
Someone with experience in the Loughton market is highly desirable, and someone who can drive the sales team forward, list, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and results.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the day-to-day running of the sales department
* Assist in motivating, mentoring and developing the sales team
* Generate new business opportunities including valuations and instructions
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
* Ensure high levels of customer service and professional standards are maintained
* Work towards and exceed office sales targets and KPIs
* Assist with reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
* Represent the brand within the local property market
Package
* Circa £30k base
* OTE circa £60k - £70k plus
* Own car is required
* 5 day working week
