Your Role:
1. Architect and deliver modern data solutions tailored for the insurance sector.
2. Demonstrate deep expertise in Azure and Databricks platforms.
3. Implement medallion-style data architectures for scalable and maintainable pipelines.
4. Integrate data from diverse insurance systems-policy, claims, quotes, and pricing.
5. Design domain-driven and dimensional data models to support analytics and reporting.
6. Ensure data quality, lineage, andernance across all layers of the architecture.
7. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements.
8. Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of cloud-based data solutions.
9. Apply best practices in data engineering, including CI/CD and automation.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture.
Your Profile:
11. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures on Azure and Databricks, following the medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) for structured and unstructured data
12. Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for both batch and real-time data ingestion using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and event-driven frameworks
13. Model insurance data across domains such as policy, claims, quotes, and pricing using both domain-driven (3NF) and dimensional (star/snowflake) schemas
14. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data consumers to define data products that align with operational and analytical needs
15. Ensure data quality, lineage, andernance using tools like Unity Catalog, Collibra, and metadata-driven frameworks
