We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.
* Manage digital and physical files, maintain company records and statutory books.
* Assist with HR-related documents and contract changes, support compliance officer with documentation and processes.
* Track project progress, prepare reports, and follow up on deliverables.
* Provide day-to-day support to the founder with business development activities.
* Handle travel arrangements, manage expense reports, prepare presentations and meeting materials.
* Coordinate events, conferences, and team gatherings, provide light-touch business development support by maintaining warm contact and keeping relationships moving.
