Experience required
Essential:
* Experience with UK-based clients in public, private, or third sectors
* Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or related fields, or proven NEC Project Management experience
* Experience with NEC 3 and/or NEC4 contracts with various options
* Valid NEC3 or NEC4 qualifications
* Track record of delivering infrastructure projects using NEC contracts, including financial management
* Client-facing experience with stakeholder relationship skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-starter with flexibility, adaptability, and initiative
* Engineering competency in DMRB, TSGRD, or Manual for Streets
* Understanding of CDM regulations
* Ability to liaise confidently with clients and contractors
* Strong record management skills
* Attention to detail, proactive, and diligent
* Collaborative problem-solving approach
* Full UK/EU Driving Licence
Desirable:
* NEC4 (or NEC3) Accreditation
* Experience with NRSWA related activities
* Proficiency in CEMAR or Asite
* CSCS card
* APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
* People management experience
